The path between the trees. Bithica is a home for a mother and her family — a multigenerational residence designed around the relationships between its occupants as much as the programme they require. The brief came from a single client with a clear intent: a home that accommodates multiple generations without erasing the privacy of any of them.
The design, Revit BIM documentation, and regulatory drawings were carried through at Architects Design Studio under Principal Ar. Sayeedul Hasan Rana. The project was under construction as of November 2023.
