Big Space and Small Footprint. CEVA Logistics occupies Level 15 of Tower of Akash on Gulshan Avenue — a 3,500 square foot floor plate that needed to accommodate 52 workstations across three distinct zones without feeling compressed.
The concept is strategic segregation: Public (entry lobby, reception, service counter), Semi-Public (office foyer, meeting rooms, open workstations), and Private (country head's room, finance and accounts, conference room, IT and server room, pantry) — each zone with appropriate acoustic and visual separation, connected by a clear primary circulation spine.
Defining elements: clean lines, minimal decor, neutral palette, low and long furniture. Green buffers between zones reduce noise and stress. The design was developed through Revision 4 and documented with full axonometric views, blow-up plans, and 3D visualisations across 17 rendered views.
