The epic of Padma. A multi-building resort complex on the banks of the Padma River at Zajira — positioned to overlook the Padma Bridge, Bangladesh's most significant infrastructure project of the past two decades. The site arrives at a moment of transformation: the bridge has connected the south-western region to Dhaka for the first time, and this resort is part of the resulting development wave.
The complex comprises a restaurant, four resort blocks, swimming pool, plaza, water body, cottages, daycare centre, and indoor games facilities. Design development and full Revit BIM were produced at Indigenous Architects under Principal Ar. Sayeed Ahmed. The project was in preconstruction as of November 2023.
